BUYING/TRANSFER OF PLAYERS - VFL RULE

 Procedure for Buying a Player

If a street wants to sign a player from another street, the following steps must be followed:

1. First, confirm the original street of the player.

2. Discuss and get approval from the Coach of that player's street.

3. If both parties agree, a transfer fee of ₦30,000 will be paid to the Coach of the player's street.

4. Out of the ₦30,000, the Coach will pay ₦10,000 to the VFL Committee as an administrative fee.

5. After payment is completed, the player will be officially confirmed and registered to play for the new street.

2. Penalty for Violating This Rule

Any team that signs a player without following the procedure above will be penalized.

Once the report reaches the referee and VFL officials, the player involved will receive a red card and will not be allowed to play.

NOTE: All player transfers must be approved by the VFL Committee before the player can play for the new street.
